退貨與退款政策 | Returns & Refund Policy

感謝你支持 BackpackHK。我們致力為你提供優質的背囊與裝備，如需辦理退換貨，請參閱以下條款：

1. 申請期限 (3-Day Policy)

• 中： 客人必須在收到貨品後的 3 天內 聯絡我們提出退換申請。逾期恕不受理。

• EN: Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. 特價貨品條款 (Sale Items)

• 中： 所有 特價貨品 / 促銷貨品均不設退款。如貨品有問題，僅提供更換貨品服務（視乎庫存而定）。

• EN: All Sale/Promotional items are non-refundable. We only offer exchanges for sale items (subject to stock availability).

3. 退換條件 (Conditions for Returns)

• 中： 貨品必須保持全新狀態、未經使用，並保留原始包裝、吊牌及收據。

• EN: Items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags attached, and the original receipt.

4. 退款流程 (Refund Process)

• 中： 經確認符合退款資格後（不包括特價品），退款將按原付款方式退回。處理時間約需 7-14 個工作天。

• EN: Once the return is approved (excluding sale items), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. 運輸費用 (Shipping Costs)

• 中： 除因貨品瑕疵外，退換貨產生之來回運費需由買家承擔。

• EN: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
